Finance & Governance

The work of this committee includes maintaining the Chapter’s non-profit status and filing all appropriate tax and legal reports, crafting and reviewing the Chapter’s budget, creating and maintaining a Policy & Procedures Manual, and overseeing sponsorship efforts.  This committee is chaired by the Chapter’s Treasurer and is populated by architects, green building professionals, city planners, product manufacturers and others.

Meeting Schedule: The Finance & Organization Committee meets as scheduled by its Chair (typically on the third Monday of each month at Noon at Port City Architects)
