Diane Milliken

Diane is a partner at Horizon Residential Energy, an energy consulting company that she helped establish in 2006.  Diane works with homeowners, architects and builders to improve energy efficiency in existing and new construction buildings.  She is a RESNET Home Energy Rater, Building Performance Institute Analyst, and a US Green Building Council LEED for Homes Green Rater.  www.horizonmaine.com
