Join us to learn about building systems commissioning from the point of view of both a commissioning agent and a contractor. 

Learning Objectives
Participants will:
-learn the definition and benefits of commissioning
-understand the documentation required for commissioning
-understand how commissioning relates to LEED credits, and enhanced commissioning
-understand the role of various participants on the commissioning team

Presenters: Mike Eardley/Cannon Design and John Monaghan/Project Management and Consulting Solutions, LLC

Mike Eardley is Commissioning Group Leader at Cannon Design, an Architectural and Engineering firm. In this role he develops and implements commissioning practices, manages group project execution, and serves as project manager on commissioning projects. His experience includes commissioning, HVAC design, and performance verification of building systems.

John Monaghan is the Principal of Project Management and Consulting Solutions, LLC which provides which provides Project Management and Consulting services to owners, users and the design community for building projects with the emphasis on Green and Sustainable buildings. In addition PMCS conducts Energy Audits, evaluations and project management services for new construction and retrofits of commercial and residential buildings. Prior to starting PMCS he spent several years as a manager in the building construction industry.

About Green Eggs and To Register:
Green Eggs is the Chapter's monthly breakfast forum featuring a speaker and topic relevant to green buildings. Networking and breakfast (featuring bagels and cream cheese, fruit salad and coffee) will take place from 7:30 - 8:00 followed by a 45 minute presentation and a 15 minute question, answer & discussion period. Attendance is limited and pre-registration with payment is recommended. Attendance is $10 for members and $15 for non members.
