Ann Archino Howe, P.E., LEED AP, is a site/civil engineer, who is a leader and innovator in Low Impact, sustainable site development.  Besides working on design projects, Ann is an educator of professionals, as well as the interested public, around the issues of sustainability, low impact design, and energy efficiency.

She was a founder and on the board of the Maine Chapter, served on the Upper Northeast Regional Committee, and recently retired from service on the USGBC National Board.
