This LEED® Silver project houses OHM and two additional tenants. It is a two-story, 6,000 square foot office building located on the edge of progressive development in Falmouth. The office serves as an example of modest and appropriate design solutions to align with the local vernacular. A central cupola brings daylight to the core of the building, while an appropriate balance of glass to room ratio creates well daylight office spaces with views to the bay. Foam insulation and high performance windows create an energy efficient envelope, and proper controls and a good selection of interior finishes creates an office space with an excellent interior environmental quality.
